Your impact
  • The main function of the Specialist Distribution Program or Platform Specialist is to help lead the global implementation of dealer performance initiatives and systems, supporting local Distribution teams in making better decisions. The primary responsibility will be to ensure data consistency across all platforms by aligning with stakeholders and defining the right sources and definitions. This role is crucial for maintaining data and information consistency in dealer development.
  • Be the expert in the global mapping platform and the main go-to person for related queries.
  • Coordinate with external and internal developers for the implementation of dealer development platforms, mainly focusing on back-end efforts to ensure data model consistency.
  • Provide training to key stakeholders in the mapping software and work closely with the Digital Transformation team to roll it out to dealers globally.
  • Drive global alignment on KPIs and data models to ensure consistent reporting across all platforms.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with GIS systems and understanding of database structures (e.g., SQL).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Tableau reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good communicator, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and dealers.
  • Collaborative, proactive team player.
  • Multicultural mindset, open to new perspectives and global project views.
Plus if:
  • Knowledge and experience with programming languages.
  • Experience in delivering training or teaching users.
  • Project or program management experience.
