Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring all distribution partner management tools, systems, and processes are developed, relevant, and implemented across all markets where our products are sold through a distribution partner.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Representing us in the region
  • Defining and implementing a profitable and efficient distribution model
  • Supporting markets in collaboratively enhancing distribution partner performance

This role requires direct engagement with distributors and potential distributors as needed to develop business opportunities. In addition, the candidate should be able to support markets in developing sales process and systems that accommodate expected growth across all commercial channels.
