Job Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of critical support cases. Key responsibilities include managing the global support queue, identifying root causes of issues, and providing personalized solutions to customers. Utilize technical expertise to analyze web applications, review network requests, and debug front-end issues using Chrome Developer Tools (Inspector). Collaborate closely with internal teams to diagnose, resolve, and prevent recurring issues, and participate in proactive system health checks. Perform API testing and validation using tools such as Postman or cURL, and conduct IIS and SSL diagnostics to investigate and resolve issues on Windows Application Servers. Assist customers with database backups, migrations, and SQL troubleshooting using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and maintain proficiency in analyzing browser console errors, network calls, and response payloads. Participate in knowledge sharing activities, documenting and submitting solutions to the knowledge base with complete technical and procedural details. Manage and prioritize active support cases within your queue while maintaining strong communication with customers, and make informed case routing decisions based on technical complexity. Key Requirements Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset are required for this role. The ideal candidate should have experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues, collaborating with internal teams, and managing the global support queue. Technical troubleshooting experience with web applications, databases, and operating systems. Experience with API testing, validation, and debugging using tools such as Postman or cURL. Knowledge of Chrome Developer Tools (Inspector) and ability to analyze web applications, review network requests, and debug front-end issues. Experience with database backups, migrations, and SQL troubleshooting using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
