Service Support Professional As a Service Support Professional, you will play a key role in providing top-notch service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to offer expert advice and assistance via online consultation to installers who encounter problems. This will involve responding promptly to messages in our WhatsApp group to ensure that any issues are resolved efficiently. You will also be responsible for delivering sales training sessions to distributors or installers once you have gained sufficient product knowledge. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and share your expertise with others. In addition to these tasks, you will work closely with other departments to provide seamless technical support. You will be required to complete assigned tasks carefully and maintain open communication channels with your colleagues. Your daily routine will involve registering service work orders in our system and following up on their progress. This will enable us to track and analyze our service performance effectively. We are looking for individuals with the following skills: A strong command of the Portuguese language The ability and willingness to learn and grow with our organization, particularly if you are a recent graduate
