About Us We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Proactively establish and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and brands. Provide hands-on support to suppliers in optimizing their presence on our platform and driving growth. Develop innovative solutions based on market analysis, resource integration, and supplier guidance. Conduct thorough market analysis reports, leverage data insights to inform strategy, and adapt to emerging trends. Essential Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5 years of operational experience, encompassing brand management or platform operations expertise. Prestigious connections within local seller and vendor networks would be a significant advantage. Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, able to distill key insights from complex data sets and present actionable recommendations. Strong market exploration and marketing innovation capabilities, with the ability to develop comprehensive merchant marketing strategies. Exceptional problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Capacity to work under pressure and effectively manage logistics during peak periods.
