Responsibilities: Responsible for business development and capability building in the manufacturing and large enterprise industries (manufacturing, retail) across the Latin America region, with a primary focus on Brazil market. Responsible for achieving business and market objectives for manufacturing and large enterprise industry clients (manufacturing, retail, real estate & hospitality) in the region. Responsible for the development and growth of the manufacturing and large enterprise industries (manufacturing, retail) in the region, including market insights, formulation and execution of sales strategies. Establishing and maintaining industry client relationships and ecosystem partnerships. Ensuring customer and partner satisfaction within the regional industries. Requirements: In-depth understanding of ICT infrastructure (networks, data centers, cloud computing) and industry-specific solutions (e.g., smart manufacturing, Internet of Things). Familiarity with Huawei's product portfolio or similar enterprise technology solutions." Sales and Negotiation: Extensive proven experience in enterprise sales, contract negotiations, and deal closures. Account Management: Ability to manage complex client portfolios and long sales cycles. Strategic Thinking: Capable of analyzing market data and identifying growth opportunities. Cross-Cultural Communication: Able to work effectively with diverse teams and clients across Latin America. Educational Background: Bachelor's and Master's degrees. Language Skills: Portuguese and English fluent.
