Job Title: Key Account Growth Manager Sales Performance Enhancement Specialist We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Growth Manager to spearhead sales expansion in the Spanish-speaking LATAM region. Primary target markets include Argentina, Colombia, Peru, and Chile. Key Responsibilities: Pursue new business opportunities with prominent iGaming operators across key LATAM markets Nurture and optimize aggregator relationships for enhanced content visibility Closely monitor and analyze regional regulatory developments for compliance Offer strategic guidance on market-specific requirements for successful product launches Represent the organization at events and during in-person client meetings Candidate Profile: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in iGaming sales is preferred, preferably with a game provider or aggregator A strong professional network within LATAM operators is essential In-depth knowledge of sales processes, integrations, and product rollout cycles is required Familiarity with regional compliance frameworks is necessary Fluent proficiency in Spanish with excellent English skills is mandatory Candidates with a background in account management may also be considered Preferred location: LATAM, preferably in Peru, Argentina, Colombia, or Chile
