Job Summary As a key player in our logistics operations, the Partner Strategy Operation Coordinator plays a vital role in driving strategic partnerships. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective stratification plans for third-party logistics providers. By fostering strong relationships and encouraging collaboration, they will help partners achieve their goals while ensuring alignment with our business objectives. ### Responsibilities: • Develop and implement systematic rights and interests incentive programs based on stratified 3PL data. • Implement positive and negative incentives to promote survival of the fittest among partners and maintain an optimized partner structure aligned with platform development requirements. • Collaborate with frontline teams to support high-quality partners in scaling their businesses and achieving win-win situations between revenue growth and platform success. ### Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or higher from any major. • Prior experience in B-end and D-end strategic operations, business analysis, 3PL management, etc. (priority given to candidates with over 3 years of relevant work experience). • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a preference for those who have built incentive systems and scoring systems, possess SQL knowledge, and have worked on formulating fulfillment and delivery strategies, rider management, etc.. • Proficiency in English as the primary working language.
