B2B Travel Sales Manager

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s presence in the Latin American market, focusing on key regions such as Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other key partners within the region.
  • Lead efforts in identifying and securing new business opportunities and partnerships to drive sales growth.
  • Actively promote OTM Holidays’ portfolio of services and travel packages, including inbound travel to GCC, North Africa, China, and beyond.
  • Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new travel opportunities in the Latin American market.
  • Develop customized proposals, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to meet client needs and company objectives.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and report sales activities to upper management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to partners and clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record of successful sales and business development in Latin America, particularly in Brazil.
  • Strong network of contacts within the Latin American travel industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
  • Results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote-based sales operation.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed across Latin America and internationally.
