About the Role:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients in Brazil. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and meeting revenue targets. The Key Account Manager will work closely with distributors and integrators to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs while adhering to company policies and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and initiate strategic discussions with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer service, to deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including sales forecasts and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to strengthen relationships and close deals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the security or technology industry. Strong understanding of the Brazilian market and customer dynamics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage complex client relationships. Proficiency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel frequently.
