Estamos procurando um ENGENHEIRO com habilidades comerciais e de forte capacidade de relacionamento para ser nosso Key Account em alguns clientes para fazer interface com nossas soluções técnicas. Consolidamos projetos em mais de 10 países na Europa, Ásia, América do Norte e América Latina.

A Cassotis é uma consultoria Belgo-Brasileira, que tem contribuído com a transformação digital de grandes indústrias em todo o mundo ao projetar, implementar e implantar soluções customizadas com análises prescritivas que impactam significativamente nos resultados de seus clientes.

Como KEY ACCOUNT na Cassotis, você será responsável por:

· Visitar clientes constantemente, estabelecendo um relacionamento próximo, buscando entender as necessidades e atender a sua satisfação;

· Acompanhar a percepção de valor do cliente, bem como dores, dificuldades e ocorrências no intuito de promover as mudanças e alterações dos processos garantindo melhor fluxo de venda nova e atendimento do cliente;

· Desenvolver estratégias para expandir vendas na base de clientes;

· Explorar o mix de produtos;

· Contribuir para a construção de uma boa imagem da empresa e demonstrativo de valor;

· Contribuir para a criação de um ciclo de vida mais longo dos clientes na empresa (relacionamento a longo prazo);

· Gerar oportunidades de parcerias;

· Apoiar a elaboração completa de propostas comerciais e técnicas da conta, em colaboração com o sócio responsável pela conta;

· Apoiar a revisão propostas comerciais e técnicas da conta, em colaboração com o sócio responsável pela conta;

· Acompanhar as propostas apresentadas ao cliente;

· Acompanhamento do uso das soluções e compartilhamento de boas práticas

· Acompanhar o atendimento ao cliente, buscando garantir o SLA;

· Acompanhar os indicadores e resultados atingidos pelo cliente com as soluções da Cassotis, buscando forma de ampliá-los

· Acompanhar o setor de contratos, a renovação/aditivo de contrato, elaboração de proposta comercial, entre outros;

· Apoiar os demais setores (Comercial, financeiro, etc.) no atendimento das demandas do cliente, identificando melhorias no processo;

· Identificar novas oportunidades de negócios e mercados-alvo para os produtos do portifólio;

· Apoiar o Serviço Técnico em tratativas com clientes e/ou atendimento em campo;

· Realizar demais atividades correlatas ao cargo.

Requisitos

Mandatórios:

· Formação em Engenharia.

· Inglês fluente.

· Experiência comercial com gestão de relacionamento do cliente e geração de novos negócios.

· Competências em vendas consultivas (Tactical Selling, Spin Selling e metodologias de vendas de serviços).

· Perfil de liderança, relacionamento, autonomia e proatividade. Organização e dinamismo.

· Perfil hunter, comercial, influenciador e alta energia.

· Habilidade de negociação.

· Experiência em follow up e acompanhamento de prospects;

· Experiência em negociações com prospects e clientes;

Desejáveis:

· Conhecimento profundo do mercado de siderurgia.

· Experiência em processos industriais e/ou gestão de projetos

· Formação complementar nas áreas de gestão de projetos, negócios ou área correlatas.

· Disponibilidade para viagens.

· Boa capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita.
