Job Overview

We are actively looking for a Senior International Digital Account Manager to join our team of experts. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver and strategic thinker with extensive experience in Account Management and excellent communication and charisma.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster and enhance relationships between clients and the company.
  • Take ownership of client relationships, overseeing onboarding, user adoption, retention, satisfaction and success.
  • Identify opportunities for growth (cross-sell & up-sell) based on client needs.
  • Ensure ongoing customer success and serve as a trusted advisor, maximizing the value of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve critical goals, delivering exceptional value.
  • Contribute to a top-tier Customer Success unit within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English is a MUST.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Account Management and experience with sales.
  • Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically.
  • Service-oriented mindset to balance commercial success and customer wishes.
  • Innate problem-solving skills and a positive outlook.
  • Prior experience in the digital landscape.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Proficient in negotiation, implementation, and execution.
