Job Overview
We are actively looking for a Senior International Digital Account Manager to join our team of experts. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver and strategic thinker with extensive experience in Account Management and excellent communication and charisma.
Responsibilities:
- Foster and enhance relationships between clients and the company.
- Take ownership of client relationships, overseeing onboarding, user adoption, retention, satisfaction and success.
- Identify opportunities for growth (cross-sell & up-sell) based on client needs.
- Ensure ongoing customer success and serve as a trusted advisor, maximizing the value of our products and services.
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve critical goals, delivering exceptional value.
- Contribute to a top-tier Customer Success unit within a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English is a MUST.
- Minimum of 2 years of Account Management and experience with sales.
- Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically.
- Service-oriented mindset to balance commercial success and customer wishes.
- Innate problem-solving skills and a positive outlook.
- Prior experience in the digital landscape.
- Excellent time management skills.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Proficient in negotiation, implementation, and execution.
