Inbound Sales Account Executive

Como Account Executive, você será o primeiro ponto de contato para potenciais clientes, desempenhando um papel crucial na conversão de consultas inbound em parcerias de longo prazo. Suas responsabilidades diárias incluirão:
- Gestão de Vendas Inbound: Responder às consultas de vendas inbound com o objetivo de converter leads em clientes ativos.
- Demo Calls: Realizar chamadas de demonstração em inglês para apresentar nossos serviços e soluções.
- Controle do Pipeline de Vendas: Manter controle completo sobre seu pipeline de vendas, desde a geração de leads até o fechamento.
- Soluções Personalizadas: Entender as necessidades dos clientes e propor soluções publicitárias personalizadas para atender seus objetivos.
- Tendências de Mercado: Manter-se atualizado sobre as últimas tendências em marketing digital e publicidade para fornecer recomendações informadas aos clientes.
- Metas de Vendas: Alcançar e superar as metas de vendas estabelecidas, contribuindo para o crescimento e sucesso da agência.
- Relatórios: Preparar e apresentar relatórios detalhados de vendas e previsões para a equipe de gestão.
O Candidato Ideal Deve Ter:
- Formação superior em Marketing, Administração de Empresas ou área relacionada.
- Experiência comprovada em vendas, especialmente na indústria de publicidade ou marketing digital, demonstrando um histórico de atingir ou exceder metas de vendas.
- Forte compreensão dos serviços de marketing digital, incluindo SEO, PPC, mídias sociais e marketing de conteúdo, para comunicar efetivamente o valor aos potenciais clientes.
- Habilidades excepcionais de relacionamento interpessoal para estabelecer confiança e criar rapport com potenciais clientes.
- Proficiência em software CRM e Google Workspace para gerenciar eficientemente as interações e dados dos clientes.
- Excelentes habilidades organizacionais e de gestão do tempo, com capacidade de multitarefa e priorização em um ambiente dinâmico.
- Habilidades criativas de resolução de problemas para navegar por desafios e encontrar soluções eficazes.
- Inglês fluente , permitindo uma comunicação clara e persuasiva com clientes internacionais.
