Job Title: Account Executive

Job Description: As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and fostering enduring partnerships. This includes thoughtful outreach, diligent follow-ups, virtual engagements, and effective networking. We are looking for a professional who is personable, exceptionally organized, and adept at sales. Being good with people and a quick learner is essential for this role. About the Company: Our client is a studio that specializes in delivering exceptional live entertainment bookings and top-notch custom packages for various events. Their offerings range from body art, strategic experience design consultations, cutting-edge media experiences like VR and AR, to unique artistic themed activations and experiential zone production. They excel in brand activation, game shows, and creative marketing services. Their team is passionate about enchanting and dazzling audiences with unforgettable experiences.

Availability: Full-time.

Work Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm PST, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from targeting a qualified lead/client to nurturing and securing a deal
  • Run up to 2 targeted campaigns per month
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Compose compelling emails and present services to prospective clients via email, phone, and video (meetings)
  • Keep CRM and sales targets up to date
  • Provide thoughtful after-sales touch points to maximize client loyalty
  • Remain in regular contact with your assigned accounts/events to understand and meet their needs
  • Work with the owner on direct marketing & business development initiatives using LinkedIn
  • Keep records of sales and data to create regular reports

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales roles (full sales cycle)
  • Experience as an Account Manager (ideal, can be easily taught)
  • Knowledge of the events industry, advertising, modeling, acting agencies (ideal)

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of market research, sales & strategic alliance building
  • Fluid use of organizational & CRM software (software savvy profile)
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills (warm people person with strong ability to create & nurture relationships)
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Enthusiastic, passionate
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Creative skills or environment (preferred)

Proficiency Required in Software/Tools: G Suite, Office (the basics). CRM training will be provided.

Language Requirement: C1 English proficiency
