Customer Support Specialist This role involves providing timely and effective support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone, email or chat, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, responding promptly and professionally to resolve issues efficiently. Utilize ticketing systems to track and manage customer complaints, ensuring that all cases are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary, working collaboratively to find solutions that meet customer needs. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and updates to provide expert advice to customers. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with HubSpot CRM software, including Service/Operations Hub and Sales Hub. Familiarity with automation tools and workflows, with the ability to design and implement efficient processes. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to create and interpret reports to inform business decisions. Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
