We are looking for an ServiceNow Administrator who wants to learn and transform their career.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with users reporting issues related to Service Now.
  • Provide Resolution and RCA for the incident.
  • Process requests related to Service Now.
  • Work on Service Now release management activities.
  • Monitor Service Now integration jobs and troubleshoot and fix if any issues are reported.
  • Knowledge and work experience in Javascript, client and server side scripting - business rules, script inclusion, UI actions, UI policies, data policies - all scripting aspects of the Service Now system.
  • Knowledge and work experience in UI interfaces within Service Now – Service Portal, CMS, Native – UI pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, Angular JS.
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, listening and negotiation skills.
  • Good problem solving skills with the ability to assist in determining the root cause of problems, offer recommendations or suggestions for a quick but effective resolution.
  • Certified System Administrator
  • Certified application developer (good to have);
  • CSM, HRSD, WSD and General Service Now administrative tasks.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge and work experience in Javascript, client and server side scripting - business rules.
  • Inclusion of scripts, UI actions, UI policies, data policies - all scripting aspects of the Service Now system.
  • Knowledge and experience working in UI interfaces within Service Now – Service Portal, CMS, Native – UI pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, Angular JS.
  • Administrative tasks for CSM, HRSD, WSD and General Service Now.
  • Certified System Administrator.
  • Certified application developer.

Higher education completed and Advances English
