Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Sales/Business Development Representative to support our UK and Spain business. Your role will focus on lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and driving new business in the UK /Spain market.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Use HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or similar tools to track leads and manage client interactions.
  • Build relationships with potential clients and support ongoing account management.
  • Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in staffing or outsourcing.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Mandatory Requirement:
  • Fluency in English (Advance).
  • Fluency in Spanish (Advance).
  • Experience supporting UK Market
  • Sales / Business development experience in Staffing/Recruiting or Outsourcing field.
  • Exposure to Sales Navigator or HubSpot or related tools.
