Our goal is to generate millions of monthly visitors organically within two years' time.
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist with excellent research and organizational skills to:
- Find new prospects through email, LinkedIn, and call outreach methods
- Qualify the lead and set up an appointment for our salesperson to speak with them
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding leads targets.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal), with excellent grammar.
- Proactive, analytical, and tech-savvy with a growth mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in the following tools
- CRM (e.g. Hubspot)
- Prospecting (e.g. Apollo)
- Automations (e.g. Lemlist)
- Must be able to work 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST to align with our U.S.-based clients and partners.

The Goal for this position is to generate a minimum of 50 new leads (appointments) each month after the warm-up period.
We offer a base salary plus a monthly bonus based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify decision makers (recruiters) at restaurants and hotels to target
- Reach out by phone/email/social to generate interest
- Set up meetings for salespeople to meet with clients (and even pitch when appropriate)
- Maintain pipeline & provide weekly reports
- Proactive in generating ideas to improve performance
The ideal candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely & quality output through collaboration with other team members.
