Key Commercial Development Position Hartmann Young is a leading player in the global health, nutrition, and wellness ingredients market. The company seeks an accomplished Commercial Development Manager to spearhead business growth, elevate brand presence, and drive commercial impact across the nutraceutical market. A proven track record of generating revenue growth through strategic partnerships with key accounts, distributors, and contract manufacturers. Experience selling tablets, capsules, softgels, gummys, or related dosage forms to major consumer health companies. This role offers an exceptional platform for a commercially driven individual to shape partnerships, leverage their existing network, and make a meaningful and immediate impact in a high-growth environment. Main Responsibilities Leverage your established connections to identify new business opportunities and negotiate high-value agreements. Develop and expand strategic partnerships with global key accounts, brand owners, distributors, and contract manufacturers. Lead the full business development cycle — from opportunity identification to negotiation and long-term strategic planning. Cultivate compelling commercial propositions by translating scientific and technical capabilities. Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver integrated go-to-market strategies. Manage contracts, commercial terms, and performance optimization across partnership lifecycles. Support international expansion through new market development and strategic alliances. Promote the business at industry trade shows and events to strengthen brand visibility and network reach. Requirements You can be located anywhere within South America to qualify for this market. 8+ years' experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership within nutraceuticals, ingredients, food, or life sciences within South America. A well-established book of business and strong relationships across the nutraceutical ecosystem. Direct experience selling tablets, capsules, softgels, gummys, or related dosage forms. Proven ability to generate revenue growth and close complex commercial agreements. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert technical innovation into business value. An entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, hands-on environment. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A willingness to travel internationally as needed.
