Seek a technical support specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, 2+ years of level 1 support experience, and knowledge of Zendesk platforms. The role involves providing timely solutions to customer inquiries, configuring tasks, and scheduling. High reliability is expected in terms of attendance and availability in assigned channels per shift schedule.
