This is a full-time hybrid position for a Regional Sales Manager based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The role includes both remote work and regular in-office presence as needed. As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and managing client relationships across the LATAM South Cone region. A key part of this role is leading the regional Sales, Support, and Technical teams, ensuring alignment, motivation, and performance across functions. You will play a critical role in setting priorities, guiding execution, and fostering collaboration between departments. This is both a strategic and hands-on position that requires strong leadership, an understanding of the energy and geoscience space, and a genuine commitment to client success. Location: Hybrid / Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Contract Type: Full-time Salary: Commensurate with experience Your Responsibilities Lead sales efforts and manage the commercial strategy for the LATAM South Cone region. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth. Lead and support the regional Sales, Support, and Technical teams. Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing) to align sales goals and client needs. Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings. Monitor performance metrics and contribute to forecasting and reporting. What You Bring Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management. Previous experience leading teams or cross-functional groups. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proactive and innovative attitude with a strong sense of ownership. Solid knowledge of Seismic Interpretation, Geosciences, and the Energy sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PipeDrive (or similar CRM tools). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Fluent in English and Portuguese. Bachelor’s degree in Geosciences, Petroleum Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field. Nice to Have Demonstrated leadership and team management skills — experience supervising cross-functional or commercial teams.
