Business Development Assistant We are seeking an ambitious individual to assist with sales development and collaboration across various countries. Identify and assess business opportunities via procurement portals in multiple countries Support the preparation of proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation Create tailored project references and CVs to meet tender requirements Collaborate with team members to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of public tenders and best practices To be successful in this role you will need: Fluent in Portuguese, with business-level proficiency in German and English Strong knowledge of MS-Office, particularly MS-Excel, and MS-Teams Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to learn quickly Interest in international collaboration, technology-driven projects, and public sector processes This is an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth within a dynamic and global environment.
