Key Account Manager Job Overview Key Responsibilities: Build lasting relationships with key clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. Act as the primary client liaison, promptly addressing their needs and concerns. Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within the existing client base. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Support) to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs. Present regular business reviews, highlighting performance metrics and growth potential. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and client success. Maintain accurate records for account activity, forecasting, and pipeline management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced English language proficiency is mandatory. Previous experience working in the telecommunications industry is desirable. At least 6 years of experience in this role in the same segment. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. ]]>
