Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience building partnerships with telcos, pay TV operators, device manufactures (OEMs) or any related technologies
- Project Management experience, interacting with cross-functional teams
- Ability to speak and write in Portuguese, Spanish, and English fluently

Preferred qualifications:

- Ability to ideate strategy and partnership opportunities and autonomously initiate and develop them to fruition
- Ability to represent Google in deal discussions and structure terms to achieve strong ongoing partner alignment
- Ability to develop business cases and narratives that include Marketing, Product, Competition, Legal and Tax elements
- Excellent negotiation skills, tailored to driving mutually beneficial partnerships

Google’s Global Partnerships organization works closely with leading-edge mobile operators, device manufactures, and TV Operators to deliver users the information they need and next-generation services they want. The team builds essential relationships with, and technical solutions for partners across Android and Google Play.

**Responsibilities**:

- Grow the Android ecosystem in Latin America among different screens (e.g., Mobile, TV, Devices and Services, Auto) and drive and execute distribution agreements for Google with Carriers, Original Equipment Manufactures and ISPs.
- Be a Latin America advocate to Product, Marketing, and Strategy Operations teams internally.
- Identify and prioritize partner targets and become an expert on each goals organization, business model, and strategic priorities.
- Work closely with other teams at Google to develop coordinated cross-functional strategies and exceptional industry partnerships.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
