Job Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Americas Cluster Operations Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient, stable, and secure operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, with experience in daily operation and maintenance of large-scale facilities. You should be able to develop strategies, procedures, and emergency plans to ensure compliant operation of critical systems. A bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Automation, or related field is required, along with over 8 years of experience in facility operation and maintenance, including at least 3 years in a management role. Key skills for this position include leadership, project management, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, HVAC, automation, safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental compliance. Responsibilities: Manage daily operations and maintenance of large-scale facilities. Develop facility operation strategies and procedures. Lead capacity planning, energy efficiency management, and optimization projects. Manage vendors and service providers. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Automation, or related field. Over 8 years of experience in facility operation and maintenance, including at least 3 years in a management role.
