Join Our Team – Strategic Account Manager | São Paulo, Brazil

Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving strategic growth?

We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our team in São Paulo , responsible for managing key accounts and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency.

About the Role:

You'll be the face of CHEP for a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring account health through performance indicators, leading business review meetings, and managing pricing, profitability, and payment flows. Your mission is to deliver value, strengthen partnerships, and support our customers' logistics operations with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor account health and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Lead strategic business reviews and present performance insights.
  • Manage pricing strategies, profitability, and payment flows aligned with company goals.
  • Coordinate customer training and capability-building sessions.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and synergies in collaborative projects (inbound, transport, exports, network expansion).
  • Present solutions focused on sustainability, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and account profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Marketing) to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Support asset management teams in inventory planning and loss recovery.
  • Exceed revenue and pallet volume targets.
  • Be a disciplined executor and CHEP ambassador in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree completed.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or related areas, with a strong focus on results and execution.
  • Solid background in consultative sales and business development, especially with large and strategic accounts.
  • Proven success in growing strategic accounts.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills, and ability to build long-term partnerships.

  • Experience leading complex commercial negotiations.
  • Ability to navigate customer organizations effectively.
  • Strong results orientation.
  • Skilled in leading structured projects with clear metrics and timelines.
  • Advanced data and technology management capabilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
