Monitorar tendências em segurança digital, comportamento de consumo online e movimentações da concorrência. Conduzir pesquisas junto a institutos e consultorias especializadas, atendendo demandas das áreas de Marketing, Produto e Vendas. Organizar fóruns e pesquisas internas, na priorização e levantamento de oportunidades e necessidades das áreas. Participar da elaboração e acompanhamento de planos estratégicos, contribuindo com mapeamentos de mercado e segmentações. Desenvolver dashboards e relatórios com indicadores de concorrência, produto e preço.
