What You'll Do
As a Release Train Engineer, you will facilitate agile practices, increasing the efficiency of financial operations and improving team productivity through effective communication and collaboration tools.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the adoption of agile methodologies in the finance and accounting teams to improve project delivery times and increase operational efficiency.
· Facilitate daily meetings, retrospectives and sprint planning reviews to ensure continuous improvement and team alignment with project objectives.
· Use MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word to create reports, presentations and documentation to support agile project management and financial analysis.
· Use Outlook emails for effective communication, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed of project updates and deadlines.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve impediments, promoting a culture of transparency and continuous feedback.
· Promote the integration of financial and accounting principles into agile practices, ensuring compliance and accuracy of financial reporting.
· Analyze project performance data to identify trends, make recommendations for improvement and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Preferred experience:
· Experience in agile project management in finance and accounting.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and Outlook Emails is required.
· Ability to guide and lead teams in adopting agile methodologies.
· English Advanced.
· Good communication.
· Desirable to have Scrum Master certification or equivalent.
