This entry-level position is based in São Paulo, Brazil and offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in talent acquisition.
You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Identify and attract suitable candidates through various sourcing techniques.Screen and interview potential candidates, assessing their skills and compatibility with the company culture.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
Manage and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidate information is up-to-date.
Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers, providing regular updates and feedback.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

About YouWe are looking for a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for talent acquisition. You should be a strong communicator, able to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
