O que você vai fazer

  • Expandir as contas já existentes, visando atingir metas individuais ou coletivas em um determinado território.
  • Coordenar em conjunto com demais envolvidos as apresentações de uso de produtos ou terapias, atividades educacionais ou apresentações clínicas.
  • Promover o treinamento de clientes para permitir a prescrição, inclusão e uso de produtos da Baxter de forma segura e eficaz.
  • Armazenar dados sobre o mercado, a indústria, clientes e concorrentes, oferecendo feedback e recomendações à unidade de negócios para desenvolver ou ajustar planos e estratégias de vendas e marketing.
  • Participar de convenções, conferências, lançamentos de produtos e outras atividades educacionais.
  • Identificar, manter alto nível de relacionamento e atuar diretamente com os principais stakeholders nos clientes., bem como conhecer o processo de decisão de compra, determinando novas oportunidades de negócio.
  • Monitorar a ação da concorrência e tendências de mercado, sinalizando oportunidades /riscos e agilizando ações pertinentes.
  • Participar do planejamento comercial referente ao segmento sob sua responsabilidade.
  • Avaliar o desempenho do território sob responsabilidade, monitorando desenvolvimento de modo a manter o atingimento das metas ou realizando ajustes do plano de estratégia de vendas.
  • Zelar pela manutenção de uma imagem positiva da Empresa perante ao mercado, de acordo com seu âmbito de atuação, assim como pela longevidade da marca, de forma a garantir os objetivos estratégicos estabelecidos e melhorar, continuamente, os níveis de satisfação dos clientes.

O que buscamos em você

  • Graduação Completa em Enfermagem, Ciências Biológicas, Fisioterapia, Administração, Marketing ou compatível.
  • Desejável pósgraduação em áreas complementares de conhecimento
  • Experiência de ao menos 3 anos da industria da saúde.
  • Inglês avançado / fluente é desejável
  • Espanhol básico é desejável
  • Sólida experiência em vendas de _medical devices _no território informado
  • Sólida experiência em abertura de mercado (hunter) e também em gestão de clientes (farmer)
  • Território: Irá atuar com base na cidade de São José do Rio Preto ou Bauru, com viagens a outras cidades do interior do estado de São Paulo (em torno de 50% do tempo)
