Principais funções do SDR:
- receber e organizar os leads do marketing;
- fazer pesquisas sobre os leads;
- elaborar um roteiro para o primeiro contato;
- investigar as características do lead e identificar suas necessidades;
- confirmar se o lead tem potencial para se tornar cliente;
- promover o engajamento do lead por meio de follow-ups;
- agendar o encontro com o representante de vendas.
