We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative to join our team at Flyer One Ventures. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and creating sales-ready opportunities.

About You:

  • You have a strong background in technology, with experience in development, a technical degree, or completed technical courses.
  • You have a passion for working in a startup environment and are eager to contribute to a growing company.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a SDR/BDR role in a tech SaaS B2B company, with a proven track record of success in outbound sales.
  • You have experience with sales CRM software, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive.
  • You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are self-driven, motivated, and able to take initiative to produce results.
  • You are a lifelong learner, always looking to improve your skills and knowledge.

What You Will Do:

  • Prospect and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Develop and implement new outbound sales strategies, build sales funnels, and perform A/B testing.
  • Consult with potential clients to identify their pain points and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with our Co-Founder to schedule prospect demonstrations and meetings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements to provide valuable insights to prospects and customers.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in our CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas and contribute to the growth of our company.
