**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Lesso Solar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the piping and building materials industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the piping and building materials industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
