Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound leads from web forms, bots, and events, and work on outbound prospecting via calls and emails
- Utilize the MEDDPICC methodology to set up qualified appointments and achieve sales targets
- Build strong relationships with sales representatives and pre-sales engineers to ensure higher win rates
- Participate in quarterly regional sales meetings to discuss company updates and business reviews
Requirements:
- Excellent German and English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development and Sales
- Proven experience with the MEDDPICC methodology
- Familiarity with sales systems such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator
