Manager é o(a) profissional responsável por garantir que as operações de vendas sejam executadas de forma eficiente, otimizada e alinhada com os objetivos da empresa, para impulsionar o crescimento das vendas e o sucesso geral do negócio.


Deve apoiar a gestão em relação ao plano estratégico e tático da operação de vendas, através do acompanhamento de métricas para a entrega dos KPIs a serem avaliados diariamente, entregando os resultados sobre a qualidade da atuação da equipe de vendas, comportamento do funil, bem como o direcionamento de alimentação do CRM.

Além disso, o Sales Ops. deve realizar e comparar indicadores financeiros e de geração de demandas advindas do Marketing. Para atuar com sucesso, precisa saber gerenciar pessoas em trabalho remoto.

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Apoiar o time comercial na formatação de relatórios que meça o desempenho das unidades de negócio;
  • Formatar soluções adequadas aos objetivos estratégicos da empresa, identificando oportunidades de melhorias;
  • Elaboração de apresentações (Keynote ou PPT), planilhas de proposta (Excel) e/ou outros documentos de proposta (Word);
  • Criação e implementação de metodologias de trabalho;
  • Analisar estratégia, mecânica, perfis, escopos;
  • Seguir processos burocráticos da empresa (atualização de planilhas de controles, status, salvar arquivos na rede e etc.)
  • Análise de rentabilidade;
  • Análise de receita por cliente/vendedor.
Requisitos Graduação completa na área;
Experiência sólida;
Conhecimento em Keynote ou PPT;
Excel avançado;
Ter autogerenciamento;
Habilidade com negociação;
Inglês a partir de intermediário.
