About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and sustainability to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the foundations of sales operations, including building territories, setting targets, optimizing book of accounts, and planning for budget.
  • Manage variable compensation model, targets, and attainment.
  • Execute and scale day-to-day operational processes, including defining OKRs, tracking performance, driving forecasting, and reporting business results.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Operations professional with a strong background in sales operations and/or management consulting. You should have experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analysis, as well as the ability to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company, or comparable experience.
  • Experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analysis.
  • Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership.
  • Proactive and capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations.
  • Advanced/Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions.
  • Salesforce knowledge: prior experience working with Salesforce as a CRM.
