Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. The successful candidate will possess a strong aptitude for identifying and nurturing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while developing effective strategies for conversion.
  2. Facilitate communication regarding sales activities, providing insightful forecasts and market intelligence to both marketing and sales teams.
  3. Build and maintain robust customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales journey, including after-sales support.
  4. Conduct thorough assessments of contract risks and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address potential issues.
  5. Prepare necessary reports and complete tasks assigned by the regional sales director, while participating in regular meetings.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct sales and sales management, preferably within the photovoltaic sector.
  2. Proven experience in business development, account management, and cross-selling initiatives.
  3. Strong understanding of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial/legal terms.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach and a proactive attitude.
  5. A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  6. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  7. Technical knowledge and background are advantageous.
