About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our Partner Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and sustainable growth in our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and scale planning processes, including defining OKRs, tracking performance, driving forecasting, and creating reports.
  • Build a scalable portfolio management solution, identifying Wishlist partners and prospects, and defining balanced portfolios for each executive.
  • Develop data-driven decisions on topics including forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and product mix analysis.
  • Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, team restructuring, and improving rep productivity.
  • Manage the CRM (Salesforce) and other commercial tools to foster a more structured management of Wellhub commercial activities.
  • Develop strategies to increase relevance with our Partners.
  • Design our long-term data needs to build more impact-oriented OKRs.
  • Get hands-on with data and own sales strategy and planning.

Requirements
  • Experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company, or comparable experience.
  • Advanced/Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions.
  • Quantitative: experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses.
  • Concise communication: able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership.
  • Proactive: capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations.
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles.
  • Salesforce knowledge: prior experience working with Salesforce as a CRM.
  • Excited about Wellhub.
