Será responsável por desenvolver e liderar iniciativas de Enablement em colaboração com equipes multifuncionais, aliadas à análise de métricas de sucesso e foco nos resultados comerciais.


Você será responsável por:


Diagnóstico e avaliação de necessidades de capacitação comercial, alinhadas aos objetivos de negócio;Apoio na execução da estratégia e plano de sales enablement, em colaboração com Planejamento, Marketing, Vendas, RH e Produto;Construção e disponibilização de recursos, materiais, playbooks, conteúdos e treinamentos de vendas e produtos.

Gestão de trilhas de aprendizagem e calendário de treinamentos; Construção e gestão de relacionamentos/alinhamentos eficazes com a lideranças de Vendas, Marketing, Produto e RH;Coordenação de atividades/ eventos de capacitação comercial, incluindo processos de Onboarding e Ongoing para os times.


O que precisamos que você conheça:
Sólido conhecimento em operações de vendas para B2B,Experiência em treinamento e desenvolvimento com foco em equipes comerciaisConhecimentos em implantação de metodologias comerciais (ex. Challenger, Command of the Message, outros), ciclos de venda;Domínio nas ferramentas de criação de apresentações e análises (Power Point, Google Slides, Excel, Google Sheets)

Conhecimentos e experiências:
Sólida experiência em posições de sales enablement voltada ao mercado de vendas B2B;Vivência em posições comerciais com foco em venda e execução;Visão estratégica, capacidade analítica de métricas, construção e gestão de processos, coordenação de projetos de ponta a ponta;Experiência com liderança de projetosConhecimentos em metodologias ativas de aprendizado e/ou Design InstrucionalExperiência e habilidades em Facilitação de Treinamentos comerciaisO que seria legal (mas não obrigatório) que você conheça:Experiência prévia em mercado SaaS;Experiência no uso de módulos SalesforceExperiência com Design Thinking;Vivência e/ou formação em Coaching;
