About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Strategy & Enablement Manager to join our team at Wellhub. As a key member of our Client Sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving commercial success and optimizing sales strategies across our global regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of sales initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to regional and local client sales teams to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
  • Conduct data analysis to identify priorities and measure the impact of sales enablement and strategic initiatives
  • Lead high-impact strategic projects focused on enhancing commercial effectiveness and process optimization
  • Act as the global focal point for strategic cross-functional projects and initiatives, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment across departments
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial, or Management Consulting roles, preferably within a technology firm or comparable environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training and enablement programs to diverse audiences
  • Multilingual, with fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish a significant advantage
  • Strategic thinker, capable of credibly and compellingly presenting and defending recommendations to senior leadership across various regions
  • Self-starter, resourceful and proactive, with the ability to independently gather information, solve complex problems, and deliver results in challenging situations
  • Collaborative spirit, a true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and works effectively with individuals from diverse functions, backgrounds, and working styles
