Descrição do perfil

Responsável pela frente de blindagem da base e acompanhamento dos indicadores relacionados a ações preventivas dos clientes Residencial, atuando diretamente na jornada do cliente E2E.

Principais atividades Responsável pela estratégia Preventiva de churn para base Live;

  • Gerenciar o índice de Churn voluntário;
  • Promover análises com uma abordagem "marketing data-driven".
  • Acompanhar indicadores operacionais do segmento, correlacionando com o índice de retenção;
  • Monitorar KPIs ou métricas calculadas.
  • Desenvolver análise de Segmentação de perfil para auxiliar na proposição de oferta.
  • Controlar todo o processo de incentivo de migração automatizada
  • Acompanhar os principais KPIs de volume e qualidade sobre as migrações de oferta.
  • Desenvolver relatórios/dashboard automatizados e apresentações executivas.
Conhecimento, Experiência e Formação

  • Profissional com vivência e atuação na área de Marketing;
  • Conhecimento pacote Office ;
  • Plataformas de CRM ;
  • Conhecimento intermediário em análise de Dados ;
  • Formação superior completa Engenharia , Administração, Marketing.
