Lead the cultural transformation through deployment of IFF Operating System in a region.We have one position for Latin America.
We will be flexible with location for the right candidate within the region.
Provide coaching and support to all manufacturing sites and functions within the region on implementation of the IFF Operating System.
The IFF Operating System will enable a cultural transformation for IFF Globally.It will be our common way to set our goals, track progress and problem solve the gaps to accomplish best in class in our six focus areas of PSQDIC (P:

Within the scope of this role will be:

Bachelor's degree in science or engineering Experience in a manufacturing environment (minimum 10 years) Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies like:
Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Gemba, 5 Why's, 5S's, PDCA, etc.
Experience in deployment of Operating System in global organizations (IFF Operating System or similar ie Manufacturing Excellence, Toyota Production System etc.)Six Sigma Black Belt certification Fluency in English Preferred education, skills and experience Master's degree in science or business Experience of leading organizational change.
