Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to sales team on Cell Biology products to drive business growth and achieve Sales Targets
  • Collaborate with Divisional Leader, Marketing team, and Commercial Management to develop strategic plans for Bioscience Division (BID)
  • Monitor sales results and market trends to support implementation of strategic plans
  • Conduct technical visits and calls with customers and distributors to promote products and stay informed about market trends
  • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and scientists to endorse BID products
  • Deliver technical speeches at customer sites, Congresses, and other events
  • Organize product demonstrations and provide technical training to Sales teams and distributors
  • Collaborate with various departments to align actions and strategies for customer satisfaction

Main Activities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs
  • Conduct technical trainings and speeches
  • Support Sales team with market analysis and forecasting
  • Provide scientific and technical support to Sales team and distributors
  • Visit customers to create opportunities for BID products
  • Drive adoption of new products and enhance technical knowledge
  • Assist in building local stock and work on promotional strategies
