Missão Desenvolver novos negócios no mercado de PTWT (tratamento de água/utilidades no setor de celulose e papel) no Brasil, colaborando para o atingimento dasmetas de vendas e lucratividade.

Trabalhar alinhado aos Gerentes de Vendas na execução dos projetos, implementar o plano de negócios global para o mercado de PTWT e colaborar comos movimentos estratégicos no território nacional.

Essa atuação, além de impulsionar os negócios desse setor, também contribuirá para elevar o nível técnico dos nossos representantes e assistentes técnicos no que diz respeito ao tratamento de água das fábricas de papel e celulose.


Competências e Responsabilidades Vendas e Lucratividade:

  • Prospecção de oportunidades de aumento de vendas
  • Liderar o desenvolvimento de novos produtos e tecnologias para o tratamento de água/utilidades nosmercados de celulose e papel
  • Liderar o processo de rollout de novas tecnologias para o mercado
  • Implementar os " strategic moves" de PTWT na região
  • Aumentar a taxa de sucesso dos projetos na área de atuação
  • Liderar testes industriais com orientações técnicas sobre a aplicação Relacionamento Técnico com o Mercado:
  • Participação ativa nas associações de Papel e Celulose no Brasil
  • Preparação e suporte nas apresentações técnicas em worshops, seminários econgressos
  • Realização e suporte emtreinamentos técnicos em clientes
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre as técnologias utilizadas no mercado
  • Coletar e compartilhar informações técnicas relevantes e estratégicas de clientes econcorrentes
  • Gerenciar o relacionamento com as posições globais relacionadas a área de atuação
  • Desenvolver relacionamento de "trust advisor" com os clientes
  • Suportar as atividades de Marketing junto aos Clientes da área/mercado Treinamento Técnico:
  • Suportar o desenvolvimento profissional dos associados ministrando treinamentostécnicos
  • Desenvolvimento de novos facilitadores para os treinamentos técnicos
  • Participar ativamente das iniciativas globais de desenvolvimento e gestão de treinamentos técnicos Gestão Técnica e Vendas:
  • Liderar as atividades de Marketing junto aos Clientes da área/mercado.
  • Suportar e direcionar as iniciativas do time e dos Work Groups de vendas
  • Garantir a execução daRevisão Anual de Negócios nos clientes de atuação
  • Expertise, posicionamento de mercado, capaz de acelerar desenvolvimentos e aumentar participação da Buckman no mercado.

Requisitos Mínimos para Aplicar a Posição Mandatório:

  • Formação Superior Completa em Química ou Engenharia Química
  • Experiência de 2 a 4 anos na função e/ou mercado de atuação (desejável 10 anos ou mais)
  • Conhecimento sólido dosprocessos relacionados ao tratamento de águas/utilidades no setor de celulose e papel
  • Noções de Processo Produtivo de Celulose e Papel
  • Experiência em vendas ou aplicação de químicos na indústria

  • Networking consistente e acessível com tomadores de decisão do mercado de atuação
  • Inglês fluente
  • Espanhol avançado
  • Pacote office - usuário.
  • Treinamento ou experiência em técnicas de venda, negociação e apresentação
