Data Engineering Senior Specialist, Brazil

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Senior Specialist to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world, driving the development of cutting-edge data pipelines and workflows.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's data strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data engineering solutions that drive business value.

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Data Engineer, Cloud Architect, or a similar role, with a strong background in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS/Azure) and data engineering tools and technologies.
  • Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional qualifications that could enhance your success in this role include:

  • Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS/Azure) and data engineering tools and technologies.
  • Expertise in multiple data engineering tools and technologies, including Python and different ETL frameworks.
  • Experience managing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment scripts.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries, optimize query performance, and manipulate large amounts of data efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Snowflake, including creating and managing views, tasks, and stored procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment using JIRA or similar tools.
