As principais atividades serão:
- Interação diária de comentários e DMs nas redes;
- Preenchimento diário de planilhas de SAC;
- Curadoria de repost de stories que a marca for mencionada;
- Monitorar a marca nas redes sociais para Social Listening;
- Monitorar os principais concorrentes da marca que atender;
- Agendamento de conteúdo nas redes;
- Apoio na criação de relatórios;
- Apoio no desenvolvimento de conteúdos.
Requisitos Experiência com atendimento ao cliente; Organização é essencial; Ótima ortografia; Inglês avançado para traduções; Facilidade de trabalhar em equipe; Heavy User de redes sociais; Vontade de aprender e evoluir dentro de uma equipe parceira e pronta para ajudar.
Desejável Experiência com plataformas de agendamento (Postgrain, mLabs); Domínio de Google Sheets, Power Point e Excel; Saber analisar resultados e transformá-los em insights aplicáveis a realidade da conta.
