In this position, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing our ecosystem of partners, including advisory firms, system integrators, technology partners, resellers, and ISVs. The goal is to drive revenue growth and establish long-term profitable relationships with strategic partners.

This role demands close collaboration with sales, product, and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have a solid track record of shaping strategic partnerships to drive sales outcomes at a regional level in LATAM. It's essential to possess in-depth knowledge of our technology, identify new opportunities, and devise innovative strategies to convert them into revenue.

LOCATION: BRAZIL

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include acquiring, onboarding, and empowering new partners (resellers, referrals, advisory firms, system integrators, and technology partners), as well as managing existing partner relationships.


- Identify new reseller and referral partners in the region (acquisition plan)


- Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy to onboard new partners


- Engage with new and existing partners to enroll in the partnership program, facilitate onboarding, and drive sales through the partner ecosystem


- Ensure consistent sales growth through the partner network


- Establish effective communication channels with partners, including training sessions, webinars, and product updates in collaboration with the marketing and business development teams


- Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with key partners


- Provide regular reports on partner acquisition and business performance


- Manage day-to-day partner relationships in the region


- Drive business development initiatives with managed partners


- Explore opportunities with partners and generate qualified pipeline


- Develop and oversee annual business plans for partners

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


- Minimum 5+ years of experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner programs within enterprise software and contact center technologies (CCAAS, IVR, chatbots, Conversational ai, etc.)


- Previous experience in sales through partner ecosystems


- Familiarity with enterprise software (SaaS) or cloud solutions


- Experience in partner program development or execution


- Business development and alliance management expertise in the technology/software industry


- Must be based in the Brazil region


- Proficiency in both Spanish and English

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Operations, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
