I am searching for an experienced Sales Director, with a specific focus on Bakery

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning :
Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and achieve company goals

Customer Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and feedback

Market and Product Knowledge :
Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and maintain in-depth product knowledge

Reporting and Analysis :
Prepare sales reports, analyse data, and provide insights for continuous improvement

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred)5+ years' of sales experience3+ years' experience within the Food Ingredients industry (experience within bakery is ideal)Experience managing a teamLanguages - Portuguese and English are a must
