In this position, you will take charge of nurturing and overseeing our network of partners, which includes advisory firms, system integrators, technology partners, resellers, and ISVs.

Our goal is to drive revenue growth and establish long-term profitable collaborations with strategic partners at a global level. This role involves collaborating closely with sales, product, and technical teams to cultivate strong partnerships in the LATAM region.

The perfect candidate will possess extensive experience in building strategic alliances and converting opportunities into revenue, showcasing a deep understanding of our technology.


LOCATION:

BRAZIL

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and onboard new partners (resellers, referrals, advisory, system integrators, technology partners)
  • Develop and implement a robust go-to-market strategy to engage and activate partners
  • Support partners in onboarding, sales execution, and driving growth
  • Maintain effective communication channels with partners through various activities
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews with key partners
  • Monitor partners' acquisition and performance
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with partners in the region
  • Drive business development and qualified pipeline generation with partners
  • Own the annual business plan for partners

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years in partner management, sales, or business development in enterprise software
  • Proficiency in sales through partners and enterprise software solutions
  • Prior experience in alliance management and program development
  • Must be based in Brazil and bilingual in Spanish and English

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
