THE JOB ROLE

We're seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive Manager - Strategic Accounts to join our Client Sales team in Sao Paulo.

As part of the sales team at Wellhub, you'll play a key role in driving our mission of Making Wellbeing Universal for clients worldwide. We've evolved to become a leading Wellbeing platform in Brazil, offering a range of wellbeing solutions to companies, including gym access, personal trainers, nutrition, emotional health, and online therapy.

To support our growth, we need a Senior Account Executive - Strategic Accounts who can work independently, contributing to our company's success during this pivotal period. Reporting to the Senior Sales Director of Client Sales, you'll be responsible for securing new business deals with companies employing more than 5, individuals in Brazil.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop a strategic sales approach for targeting major companies in BrazilBuild and nurture relationships with prospects to showcase the value of our wellbeing solutionsEffectively manage client portfolios, prioritizing key accounts to meet business objectivesMonitor and optimize the sales pipeline, understanding client needs at each stageProvide executive-level support during client interactionsCollaborate across teams to enhance Wellhub's presence in top Brazilian accounts

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven sales experience in a high-growth environmentExpertise in consultative sellingDemonstrated success in managing large account sales cycles in BrazilTrack record of exceeding sales targetsComfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic settingAbility to make data-driven decisions and collaborate effectivelyStrong focus on HR decision-makers and commercial acumenProactive, independent, and engaging communicator with excellent listening skills
